Like building a fire, the Technology of Participation that I employ is a thoughtfully articulated process that allows a group to turn sparks of great ideas into sustained action in a creative and collaborative way.

Tested and practiced in communities worldwide, the Technology of Participation is built on a solid foundation of adult-learning theory and understandings of human development. As such, each group session expands within the dialogue-frame toward the intended outcome, fueled by each individual's assets and insights.

Many participants leave work sessions surprised as usual sources of negativity are absorbed into the highly-structured, yet flexible, group processes that leave room for creative and productive focus on the task at hand.
